Students must complete the certificate with a minimum GPA of 2.5 to be eligible to enter the Associate in Applied Science, major in Radiologic Technology degree and must also meet other program admission requirements.
To be eligible for admission into the Rad Tech program, students must earn a grade of ‘B’ or higher in both BIO 210 and BIO 211. Students who receive a grade of ’C.’ ‘D,’ ‘F,’ ‘W,’ or ‘WF’ in either course on two attempts will not be eligible to apply to the Rad Tech program. A waiting period of five (5) years is required before retaking BIO 210 or BIO 211 to achieve the required grade of B or better for program admission eligibility.
