Dental Office Certificate (CT.DHGDO 71355)


The Dental Office certificate is designed for students seeking a career in the dental health care field. Graduates will have the skills and content needed to work in an entry-level administrative role in a dental office. Graduates of this program with an overall GPA of 3.0 may seek admission to the Dental Hygiene degree program.

To be eligible for admission into the DHG program, students must earn a grade of ‘B’ or higher in both BIO 210 and BIO 211. Students who receive a grade of  ‘C.’ ‘D,’ ‘F,’ ‘W,’ or ‘WF’ in either course on two attempts will not be eligible to apply to the DHG program.
