The Advanced Cybersecurity certificate provides students with skills in IT Security and Privacy. Students learn about security network configuration. Students also study how secure networks and systems using hardware, software, and operating systems. While studying these topics, students will use both Windows and Linux. Students will study services such as email, web servers, and database servers on both of these platforms. This program provides skills in secure programming and vulnerability assessment. Students will also study computer forensics.
